игрушка была в воздушном пакете, благодаря этому она не пострадала. не понравилось, что волосы у игрушки как пакля. пришлось гриву немного подстричь и расчесать. хвост тоже расчесала сама. батарейки в комплект не входят, покупала отдельно 4 пальчиковые батарейки. лошадка двигается и поет.
